There isn’t much that Steve hasn't experienced or achieved in his career as an international flavourist, consultant and writer.
A past President of both British Society of Flavourists and British Society of Cosmetic Scientists, Steve's portfolio includes recreating "the smell of Cleopatra’s hair" as part of an international art project, "the smell of space" for a NASA astronaut training project, along with recent food and drink ingredient innovations including natural sweeteners using monk fruit extract, "nut-free nut" flavours and cost-effective alternatives to natural vanillin.
Steve is a biochemist with over 30 years’ sector experience worldwide. He manages the Omega technical team and all product innovation projects.

Originally trained as a Biochemist, Elizabeth later gained her MBA and became a management consultant and business turnaround specialist. Chief Operating Officer and Commercial Director of Omega Ingredients Ltd, directing overall business strategy and leading on all matters of quality and performance management. Instrumental in the success of Omega Ingredients achieving both BRC and ISO 9001 certification in 2011.
Elizabeth oversees delivery of the following functions: financial management, customer care, quality assurance, human resources, operational management and logistics. Finalist in the East of England Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2011 and a co-founder of Breast Foot Forward, a breast cancer not-for-profit support organisation in Suffolk.
